How do I start a return?

To begin, visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email address. Follow the instructions to select the items you’d like to return. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.


What items are returnable?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. All items must be returned in their original packaging.


What items are non-returnable?

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, accessories, intimates, final sale or clearance items, and made-to-order pieces (such as Bleak & Sleek and Michaela V) are not eligible.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@briarandgrit.com with photos. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.


Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are allowed if your preferred size or style is in stock. If the requested item is sold out, we will issue store credit instead.


What are the refund options?

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.


Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
