Standard Shipping
Processing Time: Orders ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Carriers: We use USPS and UPS for most shipments.
Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery by Brand
In-Stock Partners
Most of our boutique partners ship quickly:
- Flying Tomato → 2–5 business days
- Entro → 2–5 business days
- Hot Chocolate Designs → 2–5 business days
- Colorstepshoes → 2–5 business days
Specialty & Extended Partners
Some of our designers craft or ship through specialty channels, which may take longer:
- Bleak & Sleek → Please allow 10–14 days within the USA for production and delivery.
- Michaela V → Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.

ReStyle → Ships internationally from Europe. Orders are processed the next business day after payment. Delivery costs depend on weight, measurements, and shipping method, and are calculated at checkout. Options include:
- Priority Registered Letter (3–5 days Europe, 7–10 days U.S., 10–14 days Australia)
- GLS (select European countries; faster, recommended for orders over 2–3 kg)
- FedEx (express service: 3 days Europe, 5–6 days U.S., 7–9 days Australia)
- DHL (worldwide: 3–7 days)
International Shipping
Currently available to select destinations. Rates and timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
